While most of our staff are developed internally, Kandalore is always looking for a few new skilled, dedicated staff members. How old do I have to be to apply for staff at Kandalore? Applicants must be turning 18 in the year they apply to work at Kandalore or older.
How do I apply for a job? Download our application form (hyperlinked) and submit it with your resume to our Toronto Office at 544 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON M4P 1N9
What qualifications do I need to apply for staff? Staff must have a minimum Bronze Medallion (or equivalent) in swimming and a Standard First Aid/CPR certification. Other instructor certifications in one or more of our activities are an asset.
How many new staff do you hire? Over 90% of our staff were campers at one time at Kandalore so we look to fill specific needs in our staff group each summer.
How will I be interviewed? Applicants who live in or near Toronto will be asked to visit our Toronto office for an interview. Applicants who are further away can be interviewed via Skype, Facebook Video Chat, Google Video Chat, etc.
